The Kent TRF have responded to the consultation regarding the road changes on Bluebell Hill (near Chatham), changes designed to make the roads flow better. We have stated our concerns regarding the Byways near the lower petrol station. Obviously, we do not want these to be turned into cul-de-sacs nor have their status or access level decreased. We now await their response with the associated more detailed plans.
